Reset Your EpiCenter Password

EpiCenter users may have a need to reset their password for a myriad of reasons. Should you ever get in a situation where this is necessary, follow the steps below.

	Navigate to the EpiCenter production site. Click the Forgot Password button.
	Enter the email address used for your EpiCenter account. Click OK.
	Navigate to your email client Locate the password reset email with the following details: Sender: epicenter@hmsinc.com Subject: EpiCenter Password Assistance Click the secure link in the body of the email.
	Your web browser should open to the password reset function of EpiCenter Type your new password in both fields. Click Reset Password.
